Return or Exchange Policies

Refund/Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange is allowed for normal priced items only.
  2. Returns are not applicable for panties, accessories or items on sale/promotion.
  3. Only defective items and wrong size can be returned.
  4. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens and colors may be portrayed with slight differences, especially on the brighter hues. Requests for return/ exchange due to such reason will be rejected.
  5. Kindly check with our customer service team to confirm if the item(s) can be exchanged by simply send us the proof of defective parts or ask us for the suitable size via email at or DM us on IG @nvnightwear
  6. We allow one-time exchange on the same item that you have bought but the return and resend shipping fee has to be borne by you and are not refundable.
  7. If the item is unavailable, we will refund you the purchase amount in the original method of payment.
  8. All the return/ exchange items must be in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). We reserve the right to reject such return/ exchange if the items are found not in its original condition.
  9. All return/ exchange items must be mailed back to us within seven (7) days of receipt.
  10. We strongly advise you to use a traceable shipping service or to purchase a shipping insurance if your shipping product is over RM 200. NV Store will not take any responsibility on the missing or lost items of your return.
